You can request deletion of your ALIJEFFER Collections mobile app account even if you no longer have the app installed.
Email us from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my ALIJEFFER Collections account”. You may also write from another address if you no longer have access to that inbox; we will need to verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it.

Our team will confirm your request, verify account ownership, and delete the account and associated personal data that we are not required to retain. Some order records may need to be kept for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. We will explain any such retention when responding to your request.
Please do not email us your password, sign-in link, or payment details. You do not need to reinstall the app to make this request.
