We collect only what helps us coordinate a considered purchase, account, review, or support conversation.
Section 01
When you place an order, request a sign-in link, or submit a review, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, order details, product selections, and the words you choose to share. You can browse the catalogue without creating an account.
Section 02
We use these details to confirm availability, coordinate delivery, manage customer accounts and order history, respond to support requests, and moderate reviews. Prices and stock are confirmed before an order is completed.
Section 03
Customer account and order data is processed through Supabase and Sanity, while the website and API may be hosted through Vercel. When you choose WhatsApp, the prepared order message is handed to WhatsApp through your device; its own privacy policy then applies.
Section 04
Production connections use HTTPS. Authentication sessions in the mobile app are stored using the device secure-storage adapter. Administrative credentials remain server-side and are never bundled into the mobile app.
Section 05
We keep order and support records for operational, accounting, and after-sale purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal account information by emailing alijeffercollections@gmail.com; some order records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

The service is intended for adults making purchases. We may update this notice when the service or applicable requirements change; the latest version will remain available on this page.
